Directions

  1. Leave the M23 at Junction 9, following signs for Gatwick Airport.
  2. At the first roundabout, take the second exit towards Redhill A23.
  3. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Povey Cross Road.
  4. Take the next left into the Travelodge entrance, the car park is on the left-hand side marked with green fencing.

Arrival instructions

  1. Follow your sat nav to Povey Cross Road and turn into the Travelodge entrance. The car park will be on your left, next to the green fencing.
  2. Drive along the fence until you reach the gated entrance on your left.
  3. Stop at the gate, press the intercom, and give your name. Staff will open the gate.
  4. Once inside, turn left and drive straight ahead into the customer parking area near the reception building.
  5. Unload your luggage and take it to the bus stop, then check in at reception.

The shuttle minibus runs on demand and will transfer you to the terminal.

Return instructions

After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call 01293 824221 (option 1) to arrange your car return.

Your vehicle will be delivered to the Approved Operator area at your terminal.

For North Terminal:
Follow signs for ‘exit’ on the ground floor, walk between the two car parks, then head left towards the Premier Inn Hotel.

For South Terminal:
Follow signs for ‘exit’, cross the single lane outside, take the left towards the ground floor, and head to the furthest single lane, then look left.

  • You must leave your keys, your vehicle will be securely relocated by I Love Meet and Greet.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Service available for standard vehicles only, including cars and minibuses with up to 9 seats, including the driver.
  • Taxis are not accepted at any I Love Meet and Greet car park.
  • All vehicles must be roadworthy and hold a valid MOT.
