Directions

If you are using the M23 turn off at Junction 9 or follow signs to your departure terminal. On arrival, follow these instructions:

North Terminal: Follow signs to ‘Passenger Drop Off’ at North Terminal and keep in the right hand lane. Go to the far end using the lane closest to the Sofitel/Premier inn where an I Love Meet and Greet uniformed driver will meet you in the Approved Operator bay. Postcode: RH6 0PJ

South Terminal: Follow signs to ‘Passenger Drop Off’ at South Terminal and keep in the right hand lane. Head to the far end where an I Love Meet and Greet Uniformed driver will meet you in the Approved Operator lane. Postcode: RH6 0NP

Arrival instructions

Meet and greet couldn’t be easier:

  1. When you are ten minutes away call the APH Meet & Greet Forecourt team on the number provided.
  2. Drive to the designated meeting point.
  3. A uniformed I Love Meet and Greet chauffeur will be waiting to take your car.
  4. Head into the terminal and enjoy your holiday.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete the vehicle hand over before heading to the terminal.

Return instructions

Picking up your car is just as easy:

  1. Call the APH Meet & Greet Forecourt team on the number provided as you collect your luggage.
  2. Walk to the terminal forecourt.
  3. Your car will be waiting and ready to go.

After calling ILMAG, please proceed directly to your vehichle collection to avoid any potential charges. 

Important information

Please read the following important details before you travel:

  • Last-minute changes: If your booking details change the day before your scheduled arrival, you must call I Love Meet & Greet directly on 01293 824 221 to update them.

  • Forecourt charges: Gatwick Airport now operates a forecourt access charge. This fee has already been included in the cost of your booking. As a licensed operator, I Love Meet & Greet pays this directly to the airport on your behalf.

  • Penalty notices: In rare cases, due to errors in new systems, you may mistakenly receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry. Simply email customer.services@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and the team will resolve it for you.

Security

You can travel with complete peace of mind knowing your vehicle is in safe hands. The APH Gatwick Park & Ride facility features security lighting, secure perimeter fencing, barrier controls, CCTV monitoring, and regular patrols to ensure your car is well protected at all times.

The car park is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so your vehicle remains safe and secure for the duration of your trip.

Disabled facilities

  • Staff available to assist with luggage and mobility needs

  • Accessible shuttle buses for passengers with reduced mobility

  • 24/7 assistance from on-site staff

Vehicle restrictions

Only accept's standard vehicles, including cars and minibuses with up to 9 seats (including the driver).

  • Taxis are not permitted at any ILMAG car park.

  • Larger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and vans are not accepted.

  • Vehicle size restrictions apply – if you're unsure, please check in advance with the service provider. 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
